Welcome bonuses of up to ৳20,000 are available to newly registered players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the relevant promotion. Welcome bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, and per device. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus using multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being suspended and all bonus funds being voided.

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account. All bets and wagers placed on kx10win are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing a bet. General rules applicable to all betting activity on kx10win are set out below.

A bet is not accepted until kx10win has confirmed the acceptance via a bet confirmation reference number displayed in the platform. In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during the bet placement process, kx10win's internal records will be the authoritative source for determining whether a bet was accepted and at what odds.

kx10win reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a palpable error in the odds has occurred, including but not limited to human input errors or data feed errors that result in odds materially different from the true market price. • Cricket betting: All BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC, and bilateral series matches are settled in accordance with the official match result as declared by the governing body. Matches that are abandoned or reduced by weather are settled in accordance with the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method where applicable.
• In-play betting: In-play markets close and reopen during live events. kx10win accepts no liability for bets placed after the relevant event has concluded where the result was already known to the bettor at the time of placement.
